  • Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

ORDERS

  • BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD only accepts payment for orders in Singapore Dollars.
  • We accept only Paypal as our mode of payment. More about Paypal, please visit www.paypal.com.sg
  • We do not accept cash on delivery or any other modes or payment except specified by us. Please do not email us any credit cards details.
  • Payment must be completed prior to delivery of products.
  • We accepts only orders from Singapore residents.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

  • As of to date, we only deliver within mainland Singapore and Sentosa.
  • We do not deliver to P.O Boxes, military areas or hotels.
  • We reserve the right to choose the most efficient service possible for your fast receipt of your orders. Such as Singpost Smartpac, Ninja Van or Ta-Q-Bin delivery service.
  • We will inform you on the delivery service used for your order along with tracking number where available.
  • We strive to create a hassle free and fast delivery, however, the actual efficiency of the delivery is not within our control. Should there be any delay or any issue throughout the delivery process, please inform us and we will investigate the matter in the soonest possible time.
  • We offer FREE delivery for orders above SGD 25.00.
  • Charges for the delivery will be reflected during your ordering stage. Please do note the amount before checking out to payment.
  • We do not provide self-collect option.

PRIVACY

  • THE FIRST RULE. Confidentiality of our customers is our top priority. We do not disclose, share, trade, or sell your personal information to unaffiliated third party for commercial reasons.
  • We may require the some or all following to facilitate a smooth payment, delivery or enquires:
  1. First & Last name.
  2. Payment address.
  3. Delivery address.
  4. Email address. (For email confirmations and queries. Please use an email address which you frequently use)
  5. Telephone numbers. (For our deliver agents to contact you when necessary for a smooth delivery)
  • A separate form or option checkbox will be generated for newsletter subscription, promotion code/voucher or contest. Thus information collected will serve as purposes for disseminating information not limited to product updates, promotional materials or contest confirmation. Personal information collected through these forms will also comply with “THE FIRST RULE” stated in the first point of our privacy section.

  2. Materials that are not lawfully yours to transmit.
  3. Materials that are the subject of, or which infringe upon, any patent, trademark, trade name, trade secret, copyright, right of publicity, moral right or other intellectual property right of another person or entity.
  4. Materials that may be seen as condoning or encouraging unsafe practices that would result in the physical, mental or moral harm of children.
  5. Materials containing software viruses or other harmful computer code; or Materials that in any way interfere with or disrupt the Services or any servers or networks connected to or used with the Services (any of the foregoing, "Unauthorized Materials").
  • We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
  • BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD takes no ownership in any Materials uploaded to the www.que-origin.com, except BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD retains its rights in, and to, the Content that is present on the site or that may be created and/or supplied by or for BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD. Further, it is the policy of BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD to delete any Material recognized by BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD to fall within one or more of the above classes of content, decline any order of goods in association with said recognized content and prevent further uploads of duplicate or similar content by the User.
  • You represent and warrant to BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD that you have the right to use copy and distribute each copyright, trademark, service mark, trade name, logo, statement, graphic, artwork, name photograph, portrait, picture or illusion of any person or any other intellectual property in the way it is to be printed on or otherwise applied to the products ordered by your from BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD.
  • Moreover, You warrant and confirm that any documents or Materials You submit online for printing or processing by BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD is either in the public domain, subject to fair use by You, or that You own the copyright or otherwise have obtained permission to copy and you have not violated the property rights of any third party. Further, You agree to defend, indemnify and hold BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD and its officers, directors, agents, employees and affiliates, harmless from any suit, demand, or claim arising out of any breach of this warranty and agree to pay any judgment or reasonable settlement offer resulting from any such suit, demand or claim, and to pay any lawyer’s fees incurred by BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD in defending against such suit, demand or claim.

 

EXCHANGE AND RETURNS

  • BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD may not accept exchange/refund of products purchase on this website unless the following condition(s) is/are met:
  1. Defective or damage products during delivery process; defects must be directly affecting the safeness of using. Such as broken jars or bottles. Any cosmetics defects on the external packaging shall not be eligible for exchange. Such as dented product paper box.
  2. Materially different products from what you ordered.
  3. Order not delivered.
  4. Within 3 days of items receipt reflected in shipping status of relevant agency website.

    We strongly advise customers to check the parcel IMMEDIATELY after receiving. Should you find that the items received fits the abovementioned conditions, please follow the below procedures for smooth exchange.

  • Please follow the below procedures within 3 days from the date reflected in the shipping status of relevant agency.
  1. Take a picture of the product WITH mailing box or bag.
  2. Email to que@que-origin.com with the below details
  1. Your full name & account email address
  2. Delivery address as stated in your order.
  3. Short description of the reason(s) for exchange/refund.
  4. Tracking number.
  5. Phone number.
  • Our customer officer will be in contact with you in the soonest possible with the details for the exchange/refund. Please ensure the details you’ve send are complete and accurate.
  • Upon confirmation by us of such defects, damages, incorrect, or missing products, we will contact you and further advice on the next action.
  • Should refunding is the action agree on, refund amounts will be in terms of credits/coupons/vouchers.
  • We do not accept goods return for refunding of cash.

EXCLUSION/LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND WARRANTIES

  • BENJAMIN GRACE PTE LTD shall not be responsible for and DISCLAIMS all liability, damage (direct, indirect or consequential), personal injury or expense of any nature whatsoever which may suffered by you or any third party, as a result of or which may be attributable, directly or indirectly, to your access and use of the website, your or your company’s personal information or material and information transmitted over our system.
  • We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, material, or products included or otherwise made available to you through this site; its servers; or email or instant messages sent from this website are free of viruses or other harmful components.
